I know what it feels like to have qualifications, experience, and ambition—and still wonder why the next opportunity hasn’t arrived.
My own career has included unemployment, difficult transitions, and a move to Japan for a global HR role with Yamaha Motor Company. I’ve also worked in corporate HR across organizations including Mercedes-Benz and Yamaha.
Those experiences have shaped how I help people recognize their value and think through what comes next.
