Hi, I’m
Dr. Ashley Dash.
I work in HR. And I build AI.
I’ve also been the unemployed college graduate wondering who would give me a chance.
My career has taken me through organizations including Mercedes-Benz and Yamaha in Japan. Along the way, I’ve learned how to recognize opportunities, connect my experience to unfamiliar work, and figure out the steps to get started.
Now, as AI changes how we work, I’ve asked the same question you might be asking:
“Where do I fit in?”
I bring more than 15 years of HR experience, a doctorate in Strategic Leadership, an MBA, and certifications in career development and career transition coaching.
During this week, I’ll help you see where your experience could take you—and start moving toward it.

What if I have no idea what I want to do?
You’re welcome here. We’ll start with what you already know and do, then explore where it could lead.
What if I want a new job, not a business?
You can focus on career opportunities throughout the week. Starting a business is one option to explore.
What if I already have a business idea?
Bring it. You’ll look at how your experience supports it, who might need it, and how to start a conversation with a potential customer.
Do I need to update my résumé first?
No résumé prep required.
Do I need to be good with technology?
You need to be able to join a live online session and use a web browser. I’ll walk you through the tools we use.
Will I earn money or get hired during the week?
You’ll work toward finding an opportunity and taking action. Hiring, sales, and income depend on what happens beyond the sessions and aren’t guaranteed.
Is this $10 per day?
No. It’s $10 total for all five live sessions. Joining the waitlist is free; no payment is collected today.
What should I bring?
A computer, an internet connection, and a little curiosity about what could be next.
When are the sessions?
Monday, December 7 through Friday, December 11, 2026. Each live online session is one hour. The session time will be announced.
Will recordings be available?
Yes. Recordings are included for 48 hours after the week ends. Extended recording access will be available to purchase later; details will be shared when available.
What if it isn’t for me?
If you don’t like it after the first day, you can request a refund of your $10 registration payment.
